Up a pound this week and my running ticker didn't move. Not that I can be surprised about my running ticker since I know what I've done, but there are no surprises with either update, or lack there of.
I finished day 2 of 30 Day Shred this morning. The lower weights were not easy, but were better than what I tried yesterday. My shoulders are, and always have been, super weak! I'm counting on Jillian to help me with that. I will say, the shirt I'm wearing today is fitting better than it was even just a few weeks ago, so that is exciting progress.
