From my (4.5 mile!) run yesterday.

DUDE! I finished that first mile pretty fast for me running on my own!
Yay, first mile down and my legs are feeling better, guess the first mile is the hardest.
Oh wait, now that I'm thinking about it, my legs hurt again.
I made it half way, and I might finish this under an hour.

Everything hurts.
I ran 9:30 then walked :30 for 10 minute intervals, which was pretty successful! I actually shaved 45 seconds off my previous 4 mile time, which I jogged the whole thing. J and I also went for a walk the other night and did some sprints when we reached the elementary school. I was pretty impressed with my sprinting actually.
Tomorrow is 8 miles. Eek!
hahaha so very true i do this same thing but i dont run neary as far!
